I had good parents growing up. There were a few times that my dad was rougher with me than he should have been, but then, I was a pretty wild kid. No kind of physical abuse is okay though. A spanking is vastly different than a punch or a kick. I’m really glad that Allison has friends looking out for her, but I think it’s going to take more than that to make this okay.
